Shipping
It is always our goal to ship as fast as possible. Our store processes orders 10:30am-4:30pm EST Monday-Friday. We do not ship on weekends, holidays, during severe weather, or any other day the United States Postal Service is closed. MycoHaus does not guarantee same-day shipping because some of our items may take 2-4 business days to process due to the fact that they are made to order and may require sterilization. This is to ensure maximum freshness. We want nothing but to send out the best product possible! We will do our best to find the most cost-effective and appropriate shipping method for the items that you have ordered.
We have shipping rates available on our site for orders under 150 LBS. If you are ordering in bulk or placing a very large order, you must contact us prior to checking out so that we may provide you with the correct shipping rate. MycoHaus uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS as the primary method for shipping our products. Fedex services can be provided upon special request by the customer. However, you must contact us before finalizing your purchase so that we may provide an accurate shipping quote.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping information during time of check out. The address provided to us is the address we will ship to. MycoHaus is not responsible for errors on the part of the customer or the Postal Service. If you do experience any problems with shipping, such as lost or damaged packages etc… please contact our customer service department. We will do everything in our power to assist and correct the problem. However, we will not issue refunds or replacements to customers who provide us with incorrect shipping addresses.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to the multitude of various shipping laws regarding live and/or perishable items put in place by other countries, MycoHaus does not offer any kind of international shipping. We have had too many instances of packages being seized by customs and/or outright “missing packages” that we have decided not to ship internationally.
Under certain circumstances we may provide shipping of non-perishable or non-living items to Canada and other select countries. Please contact us prior to finalizing your purchase with any shipping inquiries you may have.

Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy on all non-live/perishable items Mycohaus does not accept returns of live items. If you suspect that your live Item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. Our customer service team will assist you. In most cases replacements can be sent out. We offer a 30 day return on perishable items pending the item has not been inoculated. We understand that sometime bags fail. Our customer service team is here to assist you. In most cases we will send out replacements. The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping cost on returned items unless other arrangements have been made by our customer service team. MycoHaus will replace defective merchandise free of charge provided that the following steps are taken:
- Damaged/defective merchandise must be reported to us within 7 days from the day of receipt. Failure to report damaged/defective products in a timely manner may result in additional fees for replacement or refusal or services.
- Having informed us of the intent to return product, please ship defective item(s) back to MycoHaus with sufficient and appropriate packaging. Please include the original box and/or packaging when possible.
- Include a copy of the invoice, along with any other pertinent information (your name, shipping address, phone number, and reason for return). This will increase our ability to process your return in a timely manner.
Replacements will be shipped out once defective merchandise has been returned and evaluated for damage. This process can take a few days, but will take place as quickly as possible. MycoHaus will not be responsible for damage incurred to returned merchandise in transit. Insuring expensive items is recommended. Merchandise being returned for reasons other than defect or damage will be subject to a restocking fee.
MycoHaus reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges or send out replacement items to anyone who we feel is abusing our return policies.

MycoHaus’ online store will request information from you in order to purchase products online.
