Holiday related shipping delays.

At the moment we are experiencing a record breaking amount of orders flowing in to our warehouse. We expect this is due to the increased amount of people staying at home and ordering more products online as a result of Covid-19 related issues. As we are only able to sterilize a finite amount of substrate in a 24 hour period we have become somewhat backed up with orders. We have our staff working around the clock to get things out as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding in this matter. Please expect that your order will take a few days longer to process than normal.

We do apologize for any inconveniences this has caused. We are in the process of expanding our operations such as purchasing more sterilizing and cooking equipment and hiring more staff so that we can be better prepared for the coming months ahead. We truly appreciate the business and are very thankful we are able to keep working and keep our staff employed during these trying times. Thank you everyone and stay safe out there.
